As someone who has too much stuff, I needed a new storage unit ASAP. Our family found one online and proceeded to reserve the unit. As we were completing the process, a young lady called to help us complete the rental. My goodness, we could not have asked for a more pleasant person to help us. Trina Rene, not only aided us in the rental, but met us at the unit to make sure it was clean and that the lock was on site. Talk about above and beyond!! We are very grateful for a wonderful storage rental experience.
Trina was an amazing help with resolving issues I was experiencing with renting a storage unit. Her patience, understanding and professionalism on addressing my concerns after three days of being shuffled around from agent to agent. She took ownership and resolved my concerns directly. I know who to ask for in the future if I need help.

I checked out several other storage facilities in our area and have been very pleased with my choice. We recently had 2 hurricanes that went through the area, and Randy made sure everything was in order before and after the storms passed.
