I was moving stuff into my storage and Jason handed me some water and checked to see if everything was good. Nice place
We were unloading our truck and Jason stopped by and asked us if we had any questions or concerns, offered us some bottles of water, good thing because we had nothing left to drink very hot day! He was extremely pleasant and kind person. Unexpected level of customer service! 10 stars!
I had a problem with my code to enter and Jason was extremely helpful, after a long hot day of moving he offered me a bottle of water and was very pleasant to talk to. I recommend public storage.
