Our HOA loves all that Sarah and her crew does for us! Top notch professionals with great great customer service. They take care of collecting our HOA dues to paying all our bills with a very secure payment system. All of this at a fair and reasonable price per month! We have been with them 5 years and looking forward to many more years to come! I highly recommend them!
Lost my job due to COVID Pandemic in September 2020. At age 61 it is difficult finding full time employment - you know, that ageism thing. This spring I called Neighborhood Services Corporation when I received my HOA dues to see if they would allow me to delay payment until I found full time employment. I spoke to Raquel and she agreed. I have worked with this HOA management company for many years and find them to be EXCELLENT!
Worst customer service experience and expensive document fees. This company charges $50-$100.00 for a piece of paper to prove your current on your HOA dues. They refuse to provide receipts for homeowners who have paid.. The staff is rude and doesn't return calls. Very unprofessional.
