Shenoy(spelling not sure) was very professional and made it otherwise uncomfortable experience pleasant.
I agree with all of the reviews that they waste your time and tell you they never heard back from your insurance company, so they cancel my appointment even though i just stopped eating food for over 8 hours, they cancel my appointment 30 minutes before it begins, reschedule me, then repeat the same thing. They're awful here, i trust the reviews.
Avoid at all costs, easily the worst healthcare experience I've ever had. Called to confirm my appt, I confirm and show up. Upon arrival, they do not have the paperwork necessary to complete an MRI and I had to wait over an hour to have my doctor send over the paperwork. Easily could of communicated that the day prior when confirming the appointment. This is place is the worst!! I believe all the bad reviews!!!! My husband needed to get an MRI on his lower back. The appointment was today at 1pm and they said there was an hour delay. Huh!!! Such a lie….we waited for 3 hours and 20 minutes. The receptionist was really sweet but come on now!!!! That’s just Ridiculous!!! Such a waste of a day and waste of me and my husbands time! Do your self a favor and go somewhere else!
Neighborhood radiology sent me to collections for a bill that I never actually received and has ruined my credit. They have never contacted me once, whether by phone, email, or physical mail. I paid a copay at the time of my visit and was never told by them (or my insurance company) that there would be additional fees. They’ve given me no information as to how much I owe or even how I’m supposed to pay them.
