I've been here three times in the last three years, sonogram, scan and MRI, each time I was there the staff was very professional and helpful. I hope and pray I never have to go back, but if I do, I will gladly return.
Who hires these people for the front desk they have zero manners and tolerance. Zero customer service in a healthcare facility . Appalling staff and service takes to long as they are unorganized. If you want to be treated better please go elsewhere .
Service, professionalism and etiquette lack here. Adequate supervision of staff seems to be lacking; the business would be much better for it. Unnecessary delays and brusque personnel. Patients should be the priority. Do better.
Worst experience I ever had!!!!The reception staff could not get the referral from the computer, he was unprepared and rude and sarcastic to the patients. THERE WERE NO SOCIAL DISTANCING IN THE SMALL CRAMPED WAITING I waited 2 hours for a MIR When I asked about when would have my procedure, he stated loudly you have to wait like everyone else. I will never go back to this place ever in my lifetime.
