Dr.Joe and the entire staff are fantastic! Professional, thorough, and they addressed all of my concerns! 5 stars plus!
I have had good experiences with the providers but my recent issues with the office has been very frustrating! I have called and left numerous voicemails and they simply don't call back. When I do speak to someone on the phone they use the same line- "our providers don't have time for phone tag!" But I explain to them that someone has to tag me in order to tag back..no phone calls! Neighborhood Primary is the perfect primary care practice. I see Dr. Kilmer and he’s always dialed in, he listens and never seems distracted. Also the MA staff is great. Kari always a fun attitude and is very engaging. NPC makes you and your health/medical needs their main priority. I won’t be going anywhere else!
Dr Gorz and his whole team are AMAZING. He takes the time to listen to your medical needs and works with you to provide a solution to getting you back to felling yourself again. NP S. Fitzpatrick always has a smile on her face and looks for the best solutions to getting you back on track. They offer same day sick appointments as well as telehealth visits which are super convenient. By far the best medical team I’ve ever worked with
