Jordan doesn’t have good customer service when you do business with people especially the elderly it’s not to take advantage of someone when you do a job the worker makes the decision on how fast they want to complete the work or not he charges a $94 callout fee he calls it does not apply that $94 to the job or the estimate that he provides so we paid it then we paid for the work I informed him at the time that we had additional work at another location that was hit by hurricane Helen walking distance right around the corner... read more

I had to get a shower handle fixed and a toilet replaced before my roommate moved in and Jason was able to work around my schedule and get everything working in a timely manner. Everything has been working perfectly since his help, I would definitely recommend their services to others!

All I can say is thank you. Saturday night at 1130pm Jordan responded to my request for a quote from website. He was very professional and explained everything I needed to know. Was on time for the next morning service. He even cleaned up behind himself. Would deffinately recommend! Replaced my toilet and stop valve and line on a Sunday morning !!!

He was on time knew exactly what to do. Went to get the valve came back fixed it all very pleased with the job price was reasonable to. I would definitely use neighborhood plumber again.
