My mom has been trying to call to make an appointment for a while now and we haven’t been able to get in contact with anyone in the office :( with all the good reviews I really want to give this place a try but we cant reach anyone even after leaving a message…
Dr. Decker and his team offer a solid overall experience to their patients from being compassionate listeners, great staff interactions, efficient systems, comfortable environment and impressive turn around times for appointments, medications and specialist referrals! Highly recommend to all!
My family & I have been going to Dr Decker’s practice for years. Office staff are so friendly and helpful. Providers are efficient, knowledgeable and caring. 10/10 would recommend this office.
Dr. Decker is the best primary doctor I have ever had hands down. I’ve never had a doctor that was so understanding and caring and always goes above and beyond. His team is also very good they call back quickly and are very responsive I always know when I talk to them things are actually going to get done.
Update: Dr. Decker called us as soon as he saw our review and he looked over our file from that day He called us immediately to rectify the problem and to apologize, even though it was not actually him we saw. This renewed our faith in keeping him as our primary. However, we will make sure it is only Dr. Decker that we see. With this we added 2 stars. We couldn’t get in to see Dr. Decker whom we really liked but thought we would get the same care and attention from the Lady Dr. (think her name was Angela Lincoln).Boy were we... read more
