I visited this office for a physical. My copay is listed as $25 but yet the front desk told me my copay was $75 because that is what her system was telling her. I explained to her that she was incorrect but eventually ended up paying it and calling my insurance company once I got home. Fast forward a week, my results from my blood work and urine came in but I was told that I could come in and pick up my $50 refund (because her system was WRONG) and results but was instructed to choose another physician to handle my medical n... read more
Long wait and doctor did not seem to care about helping me. Unprofessional, unorganized, and petty. Update: I called to get an update on something and they said they will call me back and never did. It has been a YEAR. Unorganized.
