Just got off the phone with this company asking legal advice I guess since he’s not representing me he can’t tell me certain details. I also asked if I should just sell my home and he said it’s highly unlikely someone will buy it with tenants who won’t pay the rent. I just feel like he didn’t want to deal with me and my situation unless I had money maybe. Ofcourse I wasn’t asking for free but when u talk to a lawyer and it feels like it’s all about money it just makes u uncomfortable.
