I called for tax information and because I’m not a established customer got we’re not taking any new clients have a good day and she hung up how freaking rude
Just plugged away at numbers , didn’t teach us anything or explain anything. And wasn’t cheap. Very disappointing, won’t go back FYI … if neat and organized is your thing , this isn’t the place for you
The information stipulated that was owed to the IRS was changed after I made the payment for the returns being completed. This is not professionalism.
