I visited The Neighborhood in Rio Rancho as a possible place for my father for skilled nursing and possibly assisted living. Jae gave me a tour and was very nice and assured me she would let me know if they would take my dad. I never heard back from her and when my dad was being released from the hospital they told me that the Neighborhood in Rio Rancho would not take my dad. Never a call from them or a reason why. Very disappointed.
Very respectful staff, encouraging for me Kept spirit up through out stay, therapy was awesome helped me develop my pace and advancement at my strength, addressing my questions with solutions for me. Thank you Neighborhood
My friend is staying here. It is a very clean place. Everyone is really nice and helpful.
