I had several issues with a 20+ year old boiler at my cabin. Every time I have called Neighborhood Heating they have been outstanding. The customer service is incredible. Scott has come to my place on weekends, after hours and has always been transparent on arrival and departure. Melanie is prompt with returning my calls and setting up service appointments. Most recently Scott came to the cabin because 1 zone of my pipes froze up with the -30 temps. He stayed in the crawl space with space heaters until the pipe thawed. Nice ... read more
