They have no follow up process for referrals. They don’t answer the phone, I’m going to find different primary doctor because I’m having hard time with them
They have no follow up process for referrals. Office manager points out her referral employee completes referrals. However, all 4 referrals for different companies and locations have been sent back to referral condonation 2 to 3 times for lack of accompanying documents that are required with the referral. I have spoken to office manager 3 times to correct this issue. I have spoken to the doctor as well. Very poorly run. They don't care if their elderly patients needs are met with medical care.
Worse customer service ever, waited over 6 weeks to get a appointment and they canceled just hours before. The office girl could careless that I need my Meds. do to heart and stroke issues. She said O well we'll call you in a couple of weeks to reschedule for August I could be dead by then if I done get my med!!!! They just don't care would never recommend.
