Somehow always leave here feeling worse than when I arrived. Grossly incompetent staff, in almost all areas of the office. When getting my blood drawn, she didn’t check for the best vein and my left arm is not as mobile as it was before my blood draw. I have heavy bruising and my fingers do not want to move how they were before. Also, the person drawing my blood asked ME to get the blood vials off of the wall from behind me after she already had the needle in my arm. I have only been going to Neighborhood Healthcare since October of 2024 they have take such good care of me, they have helped me manage me diabetes better than it has been taking n the last fifteen years and they truly care. I would recommend this medical clinic to anyone who is looking to work hard to improve their overall health, anyone who needs better care than they are receiving currently, or anyone who feel invisible at their current clinic.
