So the pediatrician forgot to send over my sons prescription to my pharmacy and I was so worried he was going to go the weekend without it and get worse but the nurse at this location(urgent care area) were able to look over my sons appointment yesterday and see that the prescription wasn’t sent over and she called the pharmacy to put the order in and called me back to let me know it was sent over. So sooooo helpful and grateful to her. They really are the best
They always are very helpful.
From the the beginning to the end front the desk to the nurse to the doctor they were very attentive to my needs with great customer service. Neighborhood health group is a great medical team.
