I only stop there a couple times a year. Even so,this was the third time I've been there during business hours to find it closed.

Drove over an hour to get here. Hours state you are open M-S starting at 9. It is 11:40am on a Tuesday and store is closed. Totally unacceptable.
Perhaps the rudest sales clerk I have ever encountered. Asked a simple question regarding if an item was in stock, and he all but bit my head off. Did not offer any alternatives or other remedies. Poor, poor customer service.
