The girl at the front desk is amazing. I believe her name is Kim or Kin. The girl with the really long hair. She always has a smile on her face and makes the office feel very welcoming and greets everyone kindly and is so patient. She helped my elderly parents and took the time to explain everything multiple times so they could understand.
