They are very busy but the girls there on the phones are always so nice. They have a very hard job and do it well.
called today at 9:36am asking if there were any open appointments today, the lady was quite rude to begin with and said no. i said okay, and before i got to say anything else about scheduling a future appointment, she hung up on me without a word. extremely unprofessional. luckily, i found a much nicer staffed clinic nearby. y’all really need to get your employees in check.
