I waited for a couple months to complete my review of my new PGT doors that were installed because it is hard to accurately review something that you have not used. My family and I are extremely happy with our new doors. They are smooth in operation and just feel good to open and close. They are quiet, meaning that there is little to no sound that penetrates them from the outside in. Unhappy with the sloppy work, poor communication between office and installers. Repeat visits back to correct sloppy job resulting lost of time from my work to be present. Beware you will need to do the finishing on the frame installation yourself. Aware they don’t paint the frame but unaware they don’t fill in the frame screw holes. If you have a security system they don’t deal with it and actually threw away the device in the existing door.
