Unhappy with the sloppy work, poor communication between office and installers. Repeat visits back to correct sloppy job resulting lost of time from my work to be present. Beware you will need to do the finishing on the frame installation yourself. Aware they don’t paint the frame but unaware they don’t fill in the frame screw holes. If you have a security system they don’t deal with it and actually threw away the device in the existing door. My experience this far with NWD had been great. The ladies in the office got me scheduled for an estimate very quickly. Travis came out. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
