There’s a woman there named Amy. She’s always so rude and disrespectful. I don’t understand why she’s working there if she has no compassion. She doesn’t need to be rude every time! She has hung up on me more than 3 times. She just seems like she is always having a bad day but that’s none of our faults. I only would recommend if you absolutely have no other choice but some of the people here are so rude ESPECIALLY Amy. I do not like her and will be finding out who her boss is.
