Everyone was awesome and nice. I was able to get a nice house in a good location with nfc’s help! Understood I wanted the process to start as soon as possible because I wanted out of my apartment quickly! With their assisted programs like down payment assistance and forgivable renovation loan I was able to get the perfect home and able to make the changes I wanted to make it even more perfect!

Bryce has been fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. His communication has made the process very smooth and he has answered all my questions throughout the process. He is also very personable and I have enjoyed working with him. Highly recommend!
We had a great experience working with NFC, and Bryce, in particular. Communication was timely, the process was simple, we were able to get into a great house, and as I write, some of the upgrades covered by the forgivable grant are taking place. All-in-all, a great process with a wonderful organization that has an important mission.
NFC is a great lender. The whole team are wonderful to work with. I can't recommend them more to anyone buying a home for the first time.
