I do NOT recommend this Clinic. I saw Michelle Stroup on several occasions and I knew more about her personal life then she knew about my medical history & concerns, which is extremely unprofessional! When I refused to go on blood pressure medicine for what Michelle "said" was "high" blood pressure (It was not HIGH), she told me to not to sue her when I have a stroke or heart attack!!! The Dr's and staff are really great at this location. Need to update the website to reflect the current Dr's on staff.
Practice is extremely disorganized and unprofessional. My appointment was scheduled nearly three weeks in advance, and I received multiple text and email confirmations. After driving an hour to the office and then waiting almost another hour to be seen, I was informed -by the provider-that the practice no longer accepts my insurance. This should have been communicated well before my appointment. Completely unacceptable.
Dr. Sheila Cabalu does a great job. She listens to you if you are having a hard time, and she is willing to discuss various treatment options. If you've already been through years or decades of health problems...she respects that and tries to understand what the patient is going through. It felt like she really cared about me. The whole staff there has always been respectful and kind to me as well. They do a great job with labs, referrals, appts, billing, prescriptions, etc.
I see M. Stroup and I can’t say enough great things about her . Very thoughtful and is always addressing each of my concerns . She is by far the best provider I can ever remember having . Super thankful I found her and this office . C.Reed
