Learning and loving the heck out of my membership! The classes have been so helpful and I really appreciate having a resource I can trust for good information that isn't trying to sell me on something. I've taken financial foundations, ABC's of home-buying, and my first investment property--the teaching has been excellent, I've met very helpful people, and I'm getting ready to make my first property purchase! This is by far my favorite place to work! I help those facing foreclosure by advocating for them directly with their lender/servicer or through the Oregon Forclosure Avoidance Program. I also am the new Outreach Coordinator for Community Lendingworks in Clackamas County(the lending arm of Nedco). NedCo is doing so much to educate and change our community. I've taken their Business 101 class, which was a great introduction to the basics of what to consider when starting a business and how to prepare for a successful launch. I have seen several of my fellow classmates launch their small businesses after that class as well as met other alums of the program who continue to contribute to and support the program.
