After searching many high-end stores trying to locate a dress for my daughters Sweet 16 we finally came across a little mom and pop shop named Neighborhood Dress Shop. Carmen (the sweetest woman I ever met) had my daughters dress hand made in less than 2 months time and it was flawless!!! She did EVERYTHING she said she was going to do and I couldn't have been happier! This little shop was a God Send! Carmen was so sweet and took perfect measurements.
