Neighborhood CrossFit (NHCF) is a family owned and operated CrossFit box located at 114 14th St. in Ramona, CA. We believe in the CrossFit methodology and have seen results first hand. Each of our trainers are Level 1 CrossFit instructors with various specialty training to include, CrossFit Kids, Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics and Mobility instructors. We enjoy sharing the CrossFit experience and hope to share it with you!

Like family... Postive place to get fit and make great friends in the process
Can't say enough about this box. Dropped in when in town for a wedding and and was immediately welcomed by the owners, Dave and Lori, as well as all of the other members. Very spacious with plenty of rigs, quality equipment and lots of room to run outside. Just a super positive place and if I lived anywhere close to Ramona would absolutely join Neighborhood Crossfit.
I went here for a self defense class using BYRNA gear. I could not be happier with this experience. David is the man, very knowledgeable, very patient, definitely recommend this class. The gym itself was extremely clean. It's a large facility, kid friendly, lots of parking.
