What a fantastic gym! It has everything I need, from weights to cardio machines, and the classes are really fun. I've met some great people here, and it's motivating to work out with such a good vibe!

Can't say enough about this box. Dropped in when in town for a wedding and and was immediately welcomed by the owners, Dave and Lori, as well as all of the other members. Very spacious with plenty of rigs, quality equipment and lots of room to run outside. Just a super positive place and if I lived anywhere close to Ramona would absolutely join Neighborhood Crossfit.
I went here for a self defense class using BYRNA gear. I could not be happier with this experience. David is the man, very knowledgeable, very patient, definitely recommend this class. The gym itself was extremely clean. It's a large facility, kid friendly, lots of parking.
