I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this bank. I went in to speak with the manager about having an NSF fee waived, something the bank has done for me previously. Instead of receiving the same level of courtesy and consideration, I was met with a rude and dismissive tone and made to feel as though my request was an inconvenience.
