I wasnt able to gain access to online banking and was really irritated that I had to go to the branch for assistance. That was by far the best decision I could have made. I went to the downtown branch on Elm and Jacqueline walked me through the process. Her bright smile, attitude, and member service was exceptional bar none. Needless to say, she will be my go to with any issues I may have moving forward.
