They ruined a dress and wouldn't do anything about it. They told me to contact the manufacturer since they did "everything right". Of course the manufacturer said that since it was dry cleaned they couldn't do anything, which is perfectly reasonable. The owner was more concerned with trying to defend himself and not with making things right. No integrity. Apparently they have zero responsibility for anything they clean. This is not who you want to do business with.
