I started coming to this studio early July, love everything about it! The instructors are great and super helpful, and want us to be the best versions of ourselves 🥰 I feel welcome here and the community is amazing as well.

A special place to connect and practice with instructors who care. If you stick with consistency here, you are guaranteed to notice progress with whatever goals you are trying to achieve. The instructors make sure of it each class and are beyond encouraging and welcoming to every face. It’s a small community but with so much heart. They offer accessible and affordable options to take class throughout the year as well. I love NB concord!!
Such an amazing workout! The environment is really nice and welcoming and staff is hands on which I love. Small workout classes and feels really intimate.
