Appliance repair company on the East End. Check out this company reviews that show it is a newer company with mixed reviews. I am giving this company a good rating. I changed my rating after the owner started with not us you have the wrong company. Be careful with any company that confronts a local guide.

I contacted this company to come run a diagnostic and possibly repair a problem with my washer. They were super responsive initially, said they could come out same day and had a travel fee that could be applied to the repair which seemed reasonable and I agreed to, but on their way out”... they called and said I needed to pay this fee by zelle before they got there, which I sent a payment over and then they never showed up. 4 hours later I called several times to see what happened or if they were still coming and they began ... read more

They require $175 cash upfront at the appointment. It feel like I am dealing with a bail bondsman. Really poor business practice. I pay my bills, I should not be treated like a criminal even before we do business.
