The company is totally unprofessional, failure to uphold the agreement warranty, phone call to company consistently dropped .
The owner of the business has gone out of his way to diagnose and repair a terrible "smart" stack washer-dryer we bought three years ago. He or one of his men has come to our home four times to deal with the machine, each time replacing a part in the hope that it was the cause of the problem, and charged us only for the first visit. Just not trustworthy. Came to my home to check out my dryer which was not rotating. Tech came in, stuffed his hand down the vent and messed with something. Turned the dryer on and said it is fixed. $179 please ($119 service charge + $60 labor). Tech left and I threw a load into the dryer, nope still broken. I call the tech right away and he said I will need a new blower motor but I would get credit for the $179 I already paid. They sent me an invoice for $408 without the $179 credit taken off.
