My daughter had a doctor's appointment i go into the modivcare app, my ride was canceled I didn't receive a phone call or a message as to why. I call the local office and a woman picked up, my call was dropped and the she just stopped answering and blocked the number it kept saying call is not in service.
The drive I had was nice but he drove extremely to fast and was distracted by other things. He did a lot of driving out lanes. I was scared a few times. If I have to ride with this service please place me with Mr.Al thank you.
I could not imagine trusting these people to drive around our disabled. I watched for miles as this very uneducated person violated every law and common sense traffic laws we have almost caused multiple accidents by repeatedly pulling into traffic that's moving 60mph only to barely go 15 mph. Causing multiple cars to have to lock up their brakes and basically ditch their cars and run others off the road .I would absolutely not trust these drivers
