I could not imagine trusting these people to drive around our disabled. I watched for miles as this very uneducated person violated every law and common sense traffic laws we have almost caused multiple accidents by repeatedly pulling into traffic that's moving 60mph only to barely go 15 mph. Causing multiple cars to have to lock up their brakes and basically ditch their cars and run others off the road .I would absolutely not trust these drivers
Very ghetto and unprofessional. They are a medical transportation service not uber. They do as they please
Guy in the dark colored van decided to cut me off today and then brake check me twice. Definitely wouldn't trust them with anybody I know in the car.
Would give zero stars. My mom had an appointment today and they were supposed to arrive at a certain time. They were called multiple times from my mom, Motive Care and myself. A lady finally answered the phone with poor customer service. I was told that the information we had on our end (my mom and Motive Care) wasn’t showing on her end. Ok. As a result she missed her appointment. But Motive Care assured me they would handled things on their end and I also wanted to leave a review.
