Terrible service. It was required due to a judges decision, but despite having spoken with them and provided my email to them a week prior to mediation they waited until the last minute to call me back after a week of stressing and voice mails to ask for my email again. I had no time to prepare, the mediation led to no formal agreement, and caused nothing but stress as another road block towards a true legal resolution.
