I used the Neighbor app to log the photos of of my parking spot and vehicle, and within 24 hours, they put a tow notice on my vehicle... I had prepaid for a month and left a note on my windshield with my Reservation Number displayed. So unprofessional. Very disappointed. And stressed. I'm working and now have to find a new parking spot within an hour of getting off my shift 😱
