I reserved and paid for covered parking but was given uncovered parking. Property manager said they don't even offer covered parking. I showed him the pictures in the listing of covered car ports and he just said "Ya, I don't know. We don't have anything to do with the listing." After just 3 weeks, I picked up the car on Christmas eve (it was a present for my daughter) and it was completely covered with leaves and tree sap. The sap and stains didn't come off with 2 car washes. Had to have it professionally detailed.

Response to my initial inquires were handled promptly and professionally. I liked that there were standards but also flexibility to work within the policies to accommodate customers. I feel confident in the secure environment they provide. I would highly recommend this particular service, specifically with Neighbor to others in need of this type of service.

Easy booking last minute (within a day) was able to safely store my car for a couple months in a closed garage. I also appreciated the insurance that covered both my car and the items inside. I would recommend this service!
