I had my van parked here a few years back and had it broken into. People sleeping in it. I was looking for parking again this year and was told now they had 24/7 security contracted and cameras. Van was broke into again with a window broken and some items stolen. Tammy I believe the manager whose number is advertised basically didn’t respond with any compassion and just kept repeating it was my fault and my own risk. Great parking garage at a reasonable rate! The facility is always kept in good condition and there are never any issues. Security is also onsite during the day keeping the garage and cars safe. Very fortunate to have this garage nearby my house in Pasadena.
Clan safe friendly and beautiful garage - highly recommend. My car was there for year no issues.
