Was a great resource to store our trailer for a month while having our own RV pad poured. The storage space and owner were great. However, I moved out exactly one month from moving in, and cancelled on the site, but still was charged for a second month. I have emailed 3 times and called twice, neither time did anyone answer so I left messages. I have not received any messages back in any form. SUPER FRUSTRATING! The service is great, the customer service however is awful.
