We have been with Neighbor for over 20 years now and their staff and services have always been top notch. The past three years we have been with Encova Ins through Neighbor and we have had two deer claims. Encova's customer service has been amazing and extremely fast and fair for both claims.
We were in the middle of a home refinance and learned our current company increased the rate by $1400 in the last 12 months. Justin and his team expedited a quote for us like for like and found us great coverage with an amazing A rated company. This was above and beyond the scope of what was expected.
