My new next door neighbor (single woman) bought a house flipped by them. She's having nothing but nightmares, roof was not done properly, (actual holes in plywood) in-ground gutters totally clogged causing wet basement, cracking tile in bathroom, shotty job of fixing lawn, important things were lied about on the sellers disclosure, most importantly water is brown from the well water not drinkable, sent people out to fix who made things worse, large dead trees near house not taken down.
