I had a very disappointing experience with this store. My husband went in to purchase a replacement part for our pool pump. He brought a photo of the part along with the part numbers so the staff could identify the correct replacement. They sold him a part, and he paid for it. When he got home, we discovered it was the wrong part. He returned it, and the owner even admitted they were confused about why it had been sold to him in the first place because they don’t even carry replacement parts for the type of pump we have. They are great…been taken care of my pool for last few years, salt conversion, heater, new pool liner, opening it closing it. Get all my supplies from them…super friendly and knowledgeable.
Knowledgeable and friendly employees with a family feel. They offer weekly maintenance and repair services. Reasonable pricing, free water tests with purchases of products. Won't try to up-sell you on things you don't need. Love it here.
