I would strongly advise against hiring this individual. Communication is extremely poor—calls and messages often go unanswered, and he doesn’t appear to start his day until much later, which delays projects significantly. He also fails to complete jobs within the agreed-upon deadlines. He frequently hires subcontractors to complete the work, pressures them to finish by threatening not to pay, and then still fails to pay them after the job is done. Excellent! We hired Neiderers Exteriors to fix some soffit and fascia that had blown off in a storm. While at the house we asked him to replace exterior door trim around 3 doors and he did a fantastic job on all of the work. We will not hesitate to contact Justin in the future for any project.
Justin did a fantastic job with the home improvements in my new apartment! He took time making sure everything looked nice together and I can’t be more happy with how it turned out!
