I had an amazing experience with the staff at Neid. I simply needed a new battery for motorcycle. Richard went way out of his way to provide excellent customer service by giving me a ride to the local A&W while my new battery required charging. James (mechanic) also was very helpful by providing advice regarding electric issue on motorcycle. Highly recommend this business for outstanding customer service completed on short notice. Well done ! 👍
