Was quoted 400 to get a rack made then charged $1900 . You lost my service for life. I'll give them credit on doing a good job but getting charged 4.5 times there quote is a complete joke and very poor customer relations.

I snapped my front brake line on the Telkwa Pass on our way to Prince Rupert. They found the part I needed, and James, the tech, even took his lunch late so he could get us on our way. They saved me in a pinch and we’re all very helpful and keen to get us on the road again. Highly recommend! Thanks guys.

The staff are rude and disinterested in helping anyone with questions or wanting to buy from their establishment. There are lots of other stores that can you can purchase what you need and feel like customer service is still valued.

So lucky to be living and enjoying life in this beautiful part of the world with top class fishing and hunting on our doorstep. However with the remoteness comes certain challenges as we require reliable equipment to gain access to very isolated areas. Thankfully we have a tried and trusted operation in Neids always available and willing to go the extra mile to keep our ATVs and boats running.
