Very affordable payment plans, very friendly staff, flexible and kind
We love all the staff at Neibaur Family Orthodontics! They're so friendly and helpful. My son was very hesitant to get braces but they all put him at ease. He's greeted by name when we get to appointments and visits are quick and efficient. They're fantastic!
First, I have loved the office staff and the assistants in the Neibaur office. Dr. Neibaur has previously been cordial, and when we had issues with repeated brackets falling off at the beginning of our braces journey, he made it right. That being said, our recent experience is absolutely inexcusable. My 12-year-old daughter needed to have 2 molars extracted, as she has been in her braces for 18+ months and these molars just weren’t coming out. I came in for an Invisalign consultation and everyone was super kind and helpful. Holly was very knowledgeable on the whole process and helped get me set up and my Invisalign ordered the same day. The process was efficient and comfortable, I definitely recommend this office!
