I have been so overwhelmed by all the work both of my kids have needed and juggling the financial part was a heavy load for me. Dr. Ben and his staff put me at ease with each step, answered all my questions and set me up smoothly with a customized financial plan. They also walked me through the steps for each phase of their work. I’m so grateful for their kindness, patience and support.
He is a really good orthodontist
Dr Ben is a wonderful orthodontist. He explains everything in a way that you can understand and makes sure you’re comfortable with the decisions being made. He’s great with the kids and makes going to the orthodontist enjoyable.
Ben is very personable and is very sincere in making my kids feel comfortable and like they matter. My daughter just got braces and it was a great experience. Highly recommended
Dr Neibaur is so friendly and so good with kids. He explained our options for her orthodontic work and we did not feel pressure to get braces for her, he explained the options to us. He makes his offices have a friendly atmosphere.
Very concerned about money. Hires cheap labor to do work and then he checks it. Cheap labor does not always do it right and cut my daughters mouths multiple times.
