We had purchased 23 trees and 2 flower beds for Neher to install at our place. 7 of the trees were not doing well but they told us they should bounce back and didn't want to warranty them out. All 7 ended up continuing to die and did not bounce back like they claimed they would. They covered 2 with me fighting them for it, but they made us replant those 2 and were not willing to plant them again without charging us.
