Had a really pleasant, orderly and normal bidding process with them, was verbally confirmed to do a project in the mountains where we operate, received an email from them and responded with the appropriate COIs and documentation. Little did we realize they were out actively bid shopping while they kept us on the line just in case. Nehemiah just finished their second remodeling project at my house, and I would use them again should the need arise. I think Nehemiah is a bit more expensive than other contractors, but it was worth it to us to be able to trust the quality of their work and to deal with their very professional staff. I join the ranks of all who have wonderous things to say about Nehemiah General Contractors. However, I would like to mention one aspect that has not been fully enunciated in other recommendations—project management and cost containment. The project manager and supervisor was Andy Elkins. Based on the original estimate, Andy reduced the estimated cost of the project but not its scope by 20%.
