Made an appointment for 9am for allergy screening, asked them to send me a message to confirm they said they would. Never got a message, went in for my 9am appointment, they said it was scheduled for 2pm which I know I wouldn't have made an appointment for that time because I am not available in the afternoon. Also they said they had the wrong phone number for me, but they called me to schedule the appointment. Had a bad attitude the entire time, never apologized, accused me of making a mistake.
Amazing place!!
I was happy with the service provided. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Very minimum wait in the waiting room and almost zero wait in the exam room. The doctor was sweet and caring. I have recommended my son to see her. Would definitely recommend!
I really like the staff at Allergy and Asthma Innovations. They were very nice and helpful. Dr. Yakhmi was fantastic!! I'm happy to be going to her now.
