I have minimal issues with Dr. Rana. Waiting over 1/2 hour is not acceptable in my standards. The staff is the issue. They did not make me aware that the doctor was running late as I know is supposed to be done. A patient must have the option to wait or reschedule. I was the last patient to be seen when another women showed up and state she had called the same day.
