My experience with Neha Ohri was unfortunately disappointing. I found the approach to my care lacked the caring and proactive qualities I seek in a healthcare provider. There wasn't a sense of genuine concern or an anticipatory approach to my health needs.
DO NOT GO HERE! They will waste your time and never show up. I had an 8:15 am appointment this morning. I showed up on time and checked myself in. There was no receptionist at the desk, but there was a nice gentleman by the elevator directing people where to go. When Dr. Ohri's assistant came out, she seemed overwhelmed and annoyed. I asked if Ohri, not even calling her a doctor bc WTf?!?! was there as I had to be back at work by 10:00 am. Cancelled our appointment fifteen minutes before we arrived. My dad is seriously disabled, we spent $120 on cabs to be cancelled on by a rude receptionist. There’s a reason it’s easy to get quick appointments, she’s an unreliable doctor who people only go to if they are desperate
I had a very positive experience with Dr. Ohri-- she was quick but listened to my concerns and the other staff were also helpful and considerate of my time. Overall it was a very easy and smooth process, not at all like the negative reviews describe.
