I would advise completing your visit with a different provider. I recently switched providers because my job is in the Kelsey network and seen this provider. I still haven’t had resolution for a medical problem I’m experiencing since 9/15/25. It’s now 9/23/25, I’m simply uncomfortable and it can be treated with antibiotics. I completed a PAP exam and discussed an additional area of concern which has been causing me discomfort in the same area. Neha B. Modi, PA, saw my mother for back pain. Despite the fact that my mother was 85 at the time, and had a stoke in the past, Modi prescribed my mother a muscle relaxer, which immediately put my mother in an altered mental state. My mother became mentally incapacitated. She did not recognized family members. I stopped giving her the medicine and called Neha B. Modi to report what happened.
