Update 09/24/2023: Still haven't received my refund yet. After they asked me to file a formal complaint, I did submit a formal complaint on Sept 11, 2023. "However, if you would like to file a formal complaint you may send an email to NoReplyCBOPatientResponse@kelsey-seybold.com". I received no response on the formal complaint. Update 09/10/2023: About two months since the ordeal began. I went there for a preventative checkup, they incorrectly processed and filed for sickness visit with my insurance, forcing me to pay.
